As showcased on Grand Designs, this architectural marvel by Sandy Rendel Architects defied site constraints near the riverbank with a strategic piled slab foundation designed by Erigo. Reinforced concrete columns stood sentinel at the rear, while the front façade boasted brick elevations on the ground level and a striking first floor fashioned from SIPs, enveloped in Corten cladding.
